Angela Black, Project Manager acts as a liaison between regional training and service providers and the Indiana Region 9 Workforce Board. She works with the region’s educational institutions and employers to deliver education and training programs through the Strategic Skills Initiative grant for the state of Indiana. Governor Daniels' Strategic Skills Initiative (SSI) was developed to address Indiana's critical job shortages and to increase opportunities and wages for Hoosier workers.

Angela’s 15 years of combined experience in human resources and business development for the staffing and consulting industry has equipped her with the skills needed to be successful in her current role.
