Kirk Kuhn is the Business Services Manager for the Indiana Region 9 Workforce Board. In this capacity Kirk is responsible for conducting outreach to all businesses within Region 9 to help them access services offered by the WorkOne Centers.

Kirk has over 20 years of professional experience in a variety of human resource development and employment and training programs. Kirk has served as director of training and staff development for several organizations and has intensive experience working with a variety of clients – from high school students to downsized executives.

Barbara Kemp is the Indiana Region 9 Administrative Assistant. Ms. Kemp is responsible for the day to day activities of the office and RWB-9. Barbara has 15 years experience in the Insurance Industry and 7 years experience as an office manager for a small business. With an eye for detail and obsession for organization, Barbara keeps our office efficiently running.

Angela Black, Project Manager acts as a liaison between regional training and service providers and the Indiana Region 9 Workforce Board. She works with the region’s educational institutions and employers to deliver education and training programs through the Strategic Skills Initiative grant for the state of Indiana. Governor Daniels' Strategic Skills Initiative (SSI) was developed to address Indiana's critical job shortages and to increase opportunities and wages for Hoosier workers.
